Hm..not bad.

It almost goes to a place where I can start bobbing my head, but there's a lot drums and not enough music to back it up. Reason 4 is a pretty cool program, but writing melodies in it can still be a b*tch. I liked the song more and more as it progressed. I would turn the drums down a little and maybe structure the song a little more. Keep it up though, you could be onto something pretty good.

Yeah I dont usually write music. I thik my next track is gonna be audio editing again.

I rewired the whole reason track through Logic pro to double the Tom drums in order to get a more realistic drum sound with the BFD ( software drum ). At some points there is a lof of drums indeed to build up tension. Its also a matter of taste I supose.

Thanks a lot for your review!

I gotta give props.

I'm one of the few people I know who can sit back and really appreciate the effort that goes into creating pieces of work. Most don't understand the level of complexity in these types of works often are greatly restrained by the limitations of the machines (back then). The fact that this sounds as full as it does with just 3 sound channels is a credit to your composition skills. Great job.

Well....

Good production and at least the flow is on beat, but...

Lyrics are waaaack. Sorry, but the lyrics don't hold me. Sounds like wannabe gangsta crunk. Good for Swishahouse, but that's about it. Sounds like Michael Watts should be all over this track. I like the beat though.

Chill, almost...

The drums are kinda heavy, but I guess that's what you were going for. I could make an ill remix of this song with the first few chords you had. Sounds like a Mos Def or MF Doom-type beat.

5 - Great stuff.

And 10.

Good work.

(Newgrounds is saying my post is too short. The song is a 10. What more need I say?)

Woah.

Good stuff. Could've used some drums (in my opinion), but the arrangement was nice and you had some cool sounds. I like it when the trumpet isn't all over the place and annoyingly loud (*coughs in the direction of the Jazz section*).

Good stuff man.

Every play a Wild Arms video game? Michiko Naruke music sounds a lot like this (that's a compliment, since all the music from the first two games are incredible).

DL'ed.

Nice.

I like where you went with this, I might create something in the same vein. I'll be sure to let you know if and when I do.

Not bad, keep it up.

I see what you were going for and it was pretty good for the style, but there is way too much distortion on the track. Bad mixing can ruin a good song bro. Try raising your buffer rate or turning down the volume on some of your channels. I like the DnB section right before it goes back into the distortion part. What program you use? Maybe I can help you clean up the track...

I liked the premise.

Not exactly my cup of the tea, it got a little too repetitive. The song is good, but some variation would've helped it out. Not bad, just repetitous the whole way through. A change-up would've gotten it an 8.

I've been doing music since I was 4, playing guitar since I was 14, drums since I was 15, and everything else I know (trumpet, vibes, flute, piano, bass) since I was 16. I've been in two bands, and have been producing since 2007. Hit me up on my website.
